1. How it works? Do I need to download an APP？

Yes , you do. To send and receive touch messages, you'll need to download the totwoo app on your Android or iOS smartphone and connect the bracelet/necklace to your phone via Bluetooth (your partner will also need to do this). Additionally, both of your phones should maintain an internet connection.

2. How to set up the totwoo touch bracelets？

Watch the video for instruction on set up your touch bracelets.

3. Can I ship to two different addresses?

Yes. 1. place an order with one pair of jewelry with one recipient's address. 2. you need to pay extra shipping fee for the other address, place shipping fee from Extra Shipping Fee with order note of the product details like color, size, style, etc( for example, rose gold moon), phone number and address for this recipient.

4. Can we connect to each other while we are far apart?

Yes. As long as the totwoo smart jewelry is correctly set up within the app with either WIFI or mobile connection, you can connect with each other. No matter how far away you are.

5. Can I connect more than 2 people?

We're sorry, our jewelry didn’t support to connect many pieces of jewelry together at present. But you can unpair them and then connect with another one.

6. Must the two pieces of jewelry together when pairing?

No. But one piece of the jewelry must be present together with your phone when pairing.

7. Can I DIY them into necklaces or other chain bracelets?

Sorry, this bracelets set can't DIY with any accessories.

8. Is there a monthly fee for current accounts?

No, we don't charge any monthly fee.

9. How to check totwoo bracelets connection status?

Blue light stays on, you're connected! If blue light blinks a few times, it means the connection took a break. No worries! Reconnect your bluetooth and keep spreading the love.

10. How to use totwoo bracelets to send love signal?

To send love signal successfully, touch the bracelet to make it flash a blue light, and touch again before the light goes off to flash white lights.

It is really nice!

I really like this! However, it has a problem with the app. When you press notification for "all calls" it blocks Whatsapp calls. Which is not a huge problem. It also would be nice if you could change colour of sad and sorry messages. It would be nice to have sad as blue and sorry as orange. 😅

Overall we really love the love bracelets. We literally use it every single day. Whenever I am at work, I don't need to be impolite and use my phone to send a message to my loved boyfriend. It also would be nice if the app had a "custom" message. (In a way that you can write it in the app and it would be a third love message). It would give the braselets more flexibility.

For future it also would be nice if you can have Sea&Mountains bracelet with the metal ropes to put it in your hand (like the sun & moon has).

I never buy something on a non knowing website before. You're webite kinda helped me with the locating order option. Everthing was perfect at the time it arrived and i couldn't wait to put it on.

The Bracelet works perfectly with the colors.

The app though has only one little problem with the call option. I can get all calls on my Bracelet and even if it's just the contacts, but the "chooses 3 contacts" option doesn't really work. I don't get any signal on the Bracelet (on both). If i choose the contacts it shows the contact three times.

But overall i am pretty happy with the products :D
