The experience ordering on this page has been terrible. I placed my order and paid for express shipping, it was supposed to take between 4 and 5 days to arrive. For some reason that I still don't know, my shipment, which was on its way, was returned to the headquarters and, furthermore, I was not given any contact phone number to contact the carrier. I give it two stars instead of one because after sending a large number of emails to the company, someone answered me and managed the shipment again, which I finally received a week later and which I hope I don't have to return. I do not advise making purchases from this company through its website, it is better to process them through platforms that at least give you a contact telephone number and a more convenient and simple location of the package.

La experiencia pidiendo en esta página ha sido pésima. Hice mi pedido y pagué el enviado express, supuestamente tardaría entre 4 y 5 días en llegar. Por algún motivo que aún desconozco mi envío, que estaba en camino, fue devuelto a la central y, además, no se me dio ningún teléfono de contacto para poder contactar con el transportista. Le doy dos estrellas en lugar de una porque después de enviar una gran cantidad de correos a la empresa, alguien me contestó y gestionó de nuevo el envío, que he recibido por fin una semana después y que espero que no tenga que devolver. No aconsejo hacer compras en esta empresa a través de su página web, mejor tramitarlas a través de plataformas que al menos te dejen un teléfono de contacto y una localización del paquete más cómoda y sencilla.

As a trucker this always me and wife a simple way to remind each other the we are thinking about each other and live each other though out the day. Means hands are not on phone.

It is really good but i dont like it to be to close to phone like i leave phone in kitchen i go to toilet there si no signal but okay

I really like this! However, it has a problem with the app. When you press notification for "all calls" it blocks Whatsapp calls. Which is not a huge problem. It also would be nice if you could change colour of sad and sorry messages. It would be nice to have sad as blue and sorry as orange. 😅

Overall we really love the love bracelets. We literally use it every single day. Whenever I am at work, I don't need to be impolite and use my phone to send a message to my loved boyfriend. It also would be nice if the app had a "custom" message. (In a way that you can write it in the app and it would be a third love message). It would give the braselets more flexibility.

For future it also would be nice if you can have Sea&Mountains bracelet with the metal ropes to put it in your hand (like the sun & moon has).

Thank you guys so much for inventing such a nice thing. It really helps us connect to each other. ❤️
