Q: Why my Totwoo Always Bracelet doesn’t flash?

A. If it doesn’t flash while you touch it, it might run out of power. However, It has nothing to do with the app, so please replace the battery and then tighten the back cover. 

If you touch your bracelet, but your partner doesn’t flash. There are two main reasons:

1. Your app has not been correctly paired with your partner;

2. Your partner's jewelry has not been successfully connected to the phone.
